This is a brand new Replacement 550 Motor, designed for use in RC Race Cars and buggies. It is a High Speed  motor for use in endurance, drift and faster race vehicles. It is compatibe with all Tamiya, HSP, FTX WL Toys and Traxxas vehicles which use this type of motor (and many more brands.)

This is a high quality, well built motor and has been used by me as replacements for many years. I have not yet had one fail on me, with over 150 used to date.

The motor is fitted with a 3.175 Standard sized shaft, as fitted to most RC cars. The number 550 denotes the siaze of the motor (550mm long)

It is an ideal replacement set for an car with a burned out system, or to replace an original Motor.  Perfect for Drift or Race cars and vehicles that need more speed

As a quick guide when buying a new motor, the number of turns denotes the speed or torque. For example a high number of turns means a lower speed, but much more torque. A lower number of turns, (in this case 12)  would mean a higher top speed, but less torque or acceleration)
