HPI Evo 3 43T and 47T Spur Gear, suitable for the 1st and 2nd gears of a two speed system.

So following many requests we have created a 3D printed version of the originals, which are made from an ultra hard, wear resistant, Carbon Fibre re-enforced filament, which has been specifically designed to print items requiring high strength and rigidity.

General Properties of the filament used:

Mechanical Properties :

Thermal Properties:

highest long term service temperature : 200 °C

highest short term service temperature : 250 °C
